Insurance company "Alcona" has successfully passed the second compliance performance audit and confirmed the compliance of the quality management system efficient in the company to ISO 9001:2000 international standard. Audit was conducted by the experts of Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) Company, being world's leading independent certification body.
Constantly improving quality management system received independent evidences of the company’s ability to render qualitative services in the insurance business first during certification audit in April of 2005, then during compliance audit in May of 2006 and now. Commenting this event, the chairman of board of IC "Alcona" Boris Boyko noted: «ISO system is for us, first of all, really functioning quality management system in the company, the guarantee of compliance to the international standards, confirming a high quality of insurance services and indicating the managing ability of business processes of the company».
