Insurance company "Alcona" was given the diploma «For introduction of innovation technologies» of the Ukrainian rating program «Guards of innovators», its initiator and organizer was Ukrainian Rating Agency together with the Publishing House «Galitskiye contracty».
«Guards of innovators» is the first project in Ukraine which presented a rating of the innovation companies. IC "Alcona" among 30 companies entered the rating «Guards of innovators» of the insurance market.
Commenting this event, Boris Boyko the chairman of board of IC "Alcona" noted: «Our business is focused on clients. Maintenance of high standards of service is one of the major tasks of the company. Use of the newest decisions of IT-industry, including CRM-technologies, will enable introductions of loyalty programs for clients and partners, will allow improving the quality of servicing of the company’s clients».
Presentation of the diploma «For introduction of innovation technologies» on the threshold of the fifteenth anniversary of IC "Alcona" is one more acknowledgement of the company’s leading position in the insurance market of Ukraine.
